In a nutshell, the Board of Directors is comprised of:
– Rossen Koytchev, MD, PhD.: responsible for the overall corporate vision and strategic partnerships with Sponsors as well as for finding solutions to complex Pharmacology-related cases identified throughout the clinical trials conducted;
– Wolfram Richter, MD: business development, bid defenses and follow-up with the Sponsors’ senior management, insurance-related aspects of the ongoing clinical trials, assessment of specific cases of Study Protocol deviations;
– Tsvetelina Djarkova, MSc, PhD, entrusted with the position of CEO of Milray JSC: daily drive behind the operational excellence of the company, long-term synergy with Institutions, PIs, labs and sub-contractors in the Republic of Bulgaria, collaboration with regulatory authorities and other institutional watchdogs (Bulgarian Drug Agency, Ministry of Health, Ethics Committee for Clinical Trials), dealing with a number of inspections and audits, regular input into the activities performed by the Bulgarian Association on Clinical Research, and also responsible for the HR-related solutions aimed at building a close-knit team of experts in clinical trials.
